We'll work with you to make sure you're happy with your purchase - and if you're not happy with the product, neither are we! Please give us the opportunity to work with you to find a solution. Please give us a chance to work with you to find a solution by filling out this email and attaching a description and pictures of the problem if necessary. If you still want to make a return, please notify us within 30 days and we will send a return label. Please repackage your product in the original packaging (if possible), attach the label to the box, and send it to your local FedEx or USPS. Once the return is received, we will inspect the product and issue a refund for this portion of the purchased item (excluding shipping and customs fees incurred on your return). **Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process the return before issuing a refund. no returns will be allowed after 30 days unless an extension is granted.
All Mewoofun products are covered under a one (1) year warranty. If you encounter any functional defects within one year of receiving the product, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Proof of defect in form photos and/or videos may be required. Warranty does not cover standard wear and tear. Method of resolution is subject to Mewoofun’s discretion and may not result in full replacement of the unit.
International Shipping & Returns:
Shipping will be calculated at checkout! If you cannot calculate the shipping cost at checkout, please reach out to support at [email protected] for assistance. ALL International buyers are responsible for import taxes / duties and the full cost of shipping both ways if an item is returned. Please note that we are not responsible for any tariffs, import duties, or any fees incurred for importing.
